POSITIONS FOR THE GENERAL ELECTIONS OPEN FOR CANDIDACY

The Ateneo Commission on Elections hereby declares the following positions open for the General Elections on February 21 and 22. The filing of candidacy shall commence on January 23 and end on February 2, 2008.

The position of President of the Sanggunian
The position of Vice President of the Sanggunian
The position of Secretary-General of the Sanggunian
The position of Finance Officer of the Sanggunian

The position of School Board Chairperson for the School of Humanities
The position of School Board Chairperson for the School of Management
The position of School Board Chairperson for the School of Social Sciences
The position of School Board Chairperson for the School of Science and Engineering

The position of School Board Secretary-Treasurer for the School of Humanities
The position of School Board Secretary-Treasurer for the School of Management
The position of School Board Secretary-Treasurer for the School of Social Sciences

The position of SOH School Central Board Representative for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year

HOW TO FILE FOR CANDIDACY

Step 1 : You may file for candidacy online by going to http://ateneocomele c08.blogspot. com and go to the Candidates' Section.
Please allow us 24 hours to process your online registration.

Step 2: Then submit the following to the COMELEC at the Ops Room:

[01] a 1x1 ID picture with your name on the back,

[02] your processing fee:
Top Four Positions - PhP 250
School Board/Central Board officer - PhP 200
Course/Block Representative - PhP 50

[03] printed platform [Specs: TNR 12, 1" margin, single spaced, short bond paper]*
*Please note: Course Reps and Block Reps are not required to accomplish this.

[04] A copy of resignation letters or leaves of absence from your other extra-curricular activities, if applicable.

Step 3: Sign your candidate's pledge on your certificate of candidacy.
